we offer reliable and efficient shipping options for all of our jewelry products. We currently ship all orders through Canada Post, and if you prefer a different shipping provider, we can offer alternative options at an additional cost depending on the provider you choose.
refund
If your item was damaged during shipping, simply contact us and we will provide a refund via email transfer or PayPal. If you would like to replace the item with one of equal value, we will arrange for the return and the shipping of the new item - free of charge.
